Schedule to come to one of our monthly food distributions with our appointment scheduler at the link. You will complete an application for assistance on site or you may click below to print an application for Keita’s Kitchen Pet Food Pantry and complete it ahead of time. At this time, applications may only be submitted in person at one of our distribution events.

You will need the following paperwork with you:
- Valid Photo ID
- Proof of Income
- Proof of Residency
- Pictures of your pets (you may text pictures to (706)313-3924, just please include your name in the first text and the name of each pet pictured)
- Proof of Rabies for all animals who are up to date on their vaccine
- Proof of Spay/Neuter for all animals who are fixed

We currently service Catoosa, Murray, Walker, and Whitfield Counties in Georgia, and Hamilton County in Tennessee.
Applications are accepted at all distribution events which are posted on our Facebook Events Page or may be found on our Events Calendar. At distribution events your application will be processed on site and you will receive food that day if your application is approved.
