Please note that we will have a set application period for this program – meaning that applications will only be able to be submitted between certain dates. Any applications received outside of the open application period will be considered invalid.

**UPDATE 02/06/2020** Fawn’s Freedom Campaign is a new program that we are working to launch in 2020! It’s purpose will be to help low-income, traditionally under-served, and disaster stricken individuals and families get their pets off chains and tie outs and into fenced in areas for their out door exercise! So far we have helped with two emergency pilot cases and have obtained materials to be able to launch the program! Currently resources are limited and will require us to limit how many installations we schedule. However, ADREAM staff are diligently working on final details in preparation for the program launch! Currently we plan to have a set window of time when individuals can submit applications. We hope to be able to open this window this month (February 2020)!

Fawn’s Freedom Campaign is a program designed to help low-income, traditionally under-served, and disaster stricken individuals and families get their pets off chains and tie outs and into fenced in areas! Prior to the program’s official launch in 2020 we successfully conducted two emergency pilot cases. Both the labor and materials for this program are donated and as such we are limited on how many installs we will be able to schedule per year. We will rotate which counties within this programs service area we accept applications from each year. Fawn’s Freedom Campaign Process Overview

Fawn’s Freedom Campaign consists of a three step approval process. In order to receive assistance all three steps must be successfully completed. As funds and resources are extremely limited for this program there will be a limited number of installations per year. The Board of Directors reserves the right of final approval on all install requests as well as the right to refuse any application.

For the 2020 application period we will be accepting applications from residents of Whitfield County, Georgia.

**Mailed applications must be received by March 8, 2020.**

Stage One – A completed application and signed guidelines agreement must be submitted during the open application period (February 12, 2020 to March 8, 2020). Applications will be processed based on income, residency, and other eligibility criteria. Upon stage one approval (pre-approval), applicants will be invited to complete stage two.

March 23, 2020 – April 5, 2020

Stage Two – An ADREAM representative will schedule an in home interview with pre-approved applicants. At this interview additional paperwork will be completed including liability waivers and pre-installation measurements. Additional information may be obtained during the interview to verify income and eligibility status.

  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Residency (including mortgage or rent verification)
  • Landlord Approval (if applicable)
  • Signed Liability Waiver

Estimated Interview Window:

March 24, 2020 – April 12, 2020

Stage Three – Applicants receiving stage two approval will be contacted with available install dates. At this time it will be the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they continue to meet all eligibility requirements and maintain compliance with all program guidelines. Approved applicants will sign a volunteer labor agreement guaranteeing workers on the selected install date. If at any point an approved applicant fails to meet program guidelines and requirements their approval will be revoked and installation will be cancelled.

Approval Notification Estimate:

By May 15, 2020

Installations will take place between May 25, 2020 and September 20, 2020 based on availability of staff and volunteers. All installations will be scheduled in advance. Reschedule requests will be considered on a case by case basis but may result in loss of benefits.
